Returns & Refunds:
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy I am happy to refund for most goods, providing they are returned within 21 days (not including weekends & bank holidays) of receipt. They must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging. Our returns policy does not apply to goods that are personalised and goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery.
I refund for the item purchased only. I do not refund any postage cost for return of goods, or the initial cost of shipping.
I strongly recommend that when returning items you get proof of postage just in case items go missing and this will help you track your returned items.
Once the items have been returned the items will be refunded back to you in the method in which you made the purchase. An email will be sent to the email address provided to confirm the refund amount.

Your Right To Cancel Your Order:
You have the right to cancel your order however, this does not extend to personalised products, or products which have been opened and goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the goods are received by you. We will not be able to refund any postage cost.
